Disciplining the body and breath, focusing the mind, and cultivating complete attention to what is happening in this moment; these and other elements apply readily to martial practice. But more importantly, Zen practice facilitates observing our experience truly and directly. We strive to see through our constructs and delusions, let them go and realize our true nature.

We are guided in this practice by Komyo Seido of Chisoku-An Zendo.
